What if we can't see what we want to buy?

Having been in the pet lead niche since 2006, we've built up a unique skill. What is that skill? Sarah, our founder can make pretty much any idea you might have. Subject to material availability, Sarah can help your ideas come to life.

Do you do repairs & alterations

Yes we do, and because we make all of the products you see in this store in our workshop in Lincolnshire UK, we can alter or repair any of our products for a nominal charge.

What if a measured product like the Dream Walker doesn't fit?

At the time of ordering, we ask you to provide us with measurement details of your dogs' head. We show you how to do this and give advice on getting it right. This way, the head collar should be perfect! And if not, our after sales customer care is unrivalled, so we can put it right for you in a jiffy!

Can we come to your workshop for a custom order and tailored measurement service?

Yes, subject to an agreed bespoke quote for this service, you can make an appointment and we can measure your dog and have your products ready and fitted within a couple of hours.
